OBITUARY
Oh Cachao, you gave us so much joy. You played so funny. You were just a happy companion. Be it on walks, while smoking cigars on the patio, or simply watching TV with us, you were always a joy to have around.
And now, less than 5 years after we brought you home, you are gone. That darn inexplicable neurological stuff. Cancer? Tumor? Who knows!?
In a mere two weeks you went from the happy-go-lucky dog to a lethargic, blind dog incapable of doing most anything. We stood by your side. We did all we could. We hoped the medication would work. It didn’t.
So now you are gone. The silence in the house is deafening. The house feels so empty.
If heaven is the completion of our joyful and meaningful earthly memories in the presence of the Grace of the Almighty, I know you will be part of our heaven; right there along Benny and Zen, our other two four legged family members who have transitioned.
The memories are many. The precious moments are plentiful. Your short years on this earth were a blessing of Creation – and we love you for sharing your short life with us.
See you in heaven 🙂
